What is your return/exchange policy?

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

 

Do you rent dealer space in your shop or take items on consignment?

No, we're sorry. We do not rent space to other dealers or accept consignment.

 

Do you buy items from individuals?

We are always looking for certain types of pieces. If you have something you think we might be interested in, please email a photo to us at thevintageretriever@gmail.com.

 

How does shipping work?

Currently, we do not offer arranged shipping for furniture/large items. They are all Local Pickup Only. If you would like to have an item shipped, we recommend using www.uShip.com. You can get quotes for delivery if you provide them with the product information. Contact us with additional questions. 

 

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! 

 

Is the shop open when you're set up at the Brimfield Shows?

No. We typically close the shop about a week before the show through about a week after the show to give us time to prep for the show, load inventory from the shop and then reassemble the shop after.
